Dr. Howard Friedman is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience, including 19 years as a physician with the Department of Veterans Affairs. A U.S. Army veteran and Gulf War physician, Dr. Friedman has authored hundreds of medical reports, assessments, and disability-related documentation. At HHOM LLC, he focuses on writing Nexus Letters, conducting medical chart reviews, and producing medically accurate blogs and educational content to support veterans, attorneys, and those facing complex health questions. His deep expertise, clarity of writing, and patient-centered approach make him a trusted voice in the field.
Ibojka Friedman, MFA, is a seasoned creative director and abstract expressionist painter with a background in fine arts, digital strategy, and nonprofit leadership. At HHOM LLC, she manages all editing, formatting, branding, and digital operations. She designs and publishes the HHOM LLC website and blog, oversees video production, and leads outreach and educational media campaigns. With a keen eye for visual communication and structure, Ibojka ensures that the HHOM message is as impactful as the medical insight behind it.

A: It was a dream I had as an eight-year old boy-to build a place where people could come for healing, truth, and compassion. That dream became a reality with HHOM LLC.

A: After decades in direct patient care, including nearly 20 years at the VA, I felt called to support others through writing, consulting, and advocacy-without the burnout of the clinic. HHOM LLC allows me to use experience to fight for those who need their story told clearly and truthfully.

A: At HHOM LLC, every evaluation is written with the voice of both a physician and a veteran. I bring firsthand understanding of military service, VA system, and clinical judgment.
